Job responsibilities for blacksmiths in Quintus industrial environment
As a Welder/Blacksmith at Quintus Technologies AB, you will play a central role in our production. You will work with both MIG/MAG and TIG welding of large and heavy workpieces in various positions. You are expected to have a good understanding of drawings and documentation, which is crucial to ensure that each project is executed correctly and efficiently. The role also involves physically demanding work, where you will use your skills and creativity to solve complex tasks. You will be part of a team that values quality and precision in everything we do. You will work to carry out welds according to specifications and WPS/WPQ drawings. You also ensure high quality and accuracy in all work. By working together with colleagues, you will achieve common goals in the team. You always document your work and follow up on project progress. It is also important to participate in safety training and adhere to our safety regulations.
Qualifications and background for the role of blacksmith at Quintus
You have previous experience as a welder or blacksmith.
You are certified according to 9606 -1, with high competence in MIG/MAG and TIG welding. Additionally, you have experience in a workshop environment and crane operation. You also have a good ability to handle large and heavy workpieces. This requires physical endurance and strength to perform these demanding tasks.
Interpreting drawings and having good documentation skills is a given for us.

- The position is full-time

- Working hours are currently daytime, but may also involve 2-shift work
